NEW ULM — Jacqueline “Jackie” Mauch, 88, of New Ulm died Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Society in Arlington. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm with burial in the New Ulm City Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 – 8 p.m. Thursday and from 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home, NORTH CHAPEL in New Ulm. Jacqueline is survived by her sons, Bernard (Patricia) Mauch, Brian (Carol) Mauch, Barry Mauch all of Chicago, Illinois, Joseph Mauch of New Ulm, John (Pamela) Mauch of Cottage Grove; twelve grandchildren, and twenty four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bernard Mauch; sisters, Lorraine, Edith, Etta Mae, and LaBelle.
Jacqueline B. Forrer was born on March 10, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to Arthur and Catherine (Lipinski) Forrer. On June 14, 1947 she was united in marriage to Bernard J. Mauch in Chicago, Illinois. Jacqueline was a devoted wife and loving mother. She enjoyed playing Bingo & Yahtzee, trips to casinos, shopping, making crafts, working in the yard, and spending time with her family.
