Mattke, Harold W.

94, from Morgan, MN (late parents Hugo and Luella (Klause) Mattke) was born Feb. 9, 1923, died on Sun., Oct. 15, 2017. Harold has been residing in St. Louis Park, MN and formerly Minneapolis. He is survived by Bernice, his wife for 69 years, children: Lynne Schulz, Marna, Laurie, and Tim Mattke; 2 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Herbert Mattke (Lila). Harold graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1948, was in the U.S. Army 1943-1945, was an insurance underwriter for the Board of Pensions for the ELCA. Memorial service will be Tue., Oct. 31, 11 a.m., visitation 10 a.m., at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Av. S., Mpls. 55419.
