LeRoy Stamer
HUTCHINSON – LeRoy Stamer, 82, of Hutchinson, formerly of Hector and Bird Island, died on Monday, July 25, 2016.
Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Bird Island. Interment will be in the Bird Island City Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, July 29, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Bird Island, and will continue on Saturday for one hour prior to the service.
LeRoy James Stamer was born May 10, 1934, in Osceola Township, Renville County, to James and Signe (Carlson) Stamer.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jill Stamer of Hutchinson, formerly of Hector; daughters, Sally Mellies of Hector, Tracy Dixon of Mendota Heights, and Nancy Jergenson of Victoria; sons, Michael Stamer of Willmar, Jeffrey Stamer of Hutchinson, and Dale Stamer of Hutchinson; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Judy Brown of Big Lake.
