New Ulm Police Responded to a 2-vehicle crash without injuries at Hazelwood Avenue and Sunset Avenue at 9 a.m. Friday. A 1999 Pontiac Bonneville driven by Suzanne Carr, 73, New Ulm, took a wide turn and struck a parked, 1998 Buick Century owned by Jonathon Hunstad, 43, New Ulm. Damage was moderate to both vehicles.

New Ulm Police Received a suspicious activity report at 8 a.m. Wednesday at 1702 Westridge Road. The Nail Spa owner told police a man broke into the business, stole $137 in cash and was still inside when he arrived. The suspect fled out the back door of the business before the owner called police. Officers found the suspect, a 59-year-old Minneapolis man, near the New Ulm water tower, on the south side of U.S. Highway 14. New Ulm Police Received a 2-vehicle personal injury crash report at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday at Broadway and 18th South Street.A 2007 Ford Fusion driven by Dezi A. Wilfahrt, 17, New Ulm, was southbound on Broadway, near the intersection when she collided with a 2004 Dodge Stratus driven by Erik L. Peterson, 28, New Ulm, who was northbound on Broadway. Peterson tried to turn left onto 18th South Street and collided with the Ford. Damage was severe to the front and driver's side of the Ford and severe to the front of the Dodge. Wilfahrt had a minor injury. Both drivers wore seat belts.
