New Ulm Police • Took a report at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Minnesota St. and 17th St. N. of a 44-year-old Mankato woman vandalizing numerous items owned by her brother. The woman poured barbecue sauce on items causing more than $1,800 damage. New Ulm Police • Responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries at 7:44 a.m. Friday at 10th South and Broadway. A 2013 Ford Taurus driven by Nessa Peters, 21, New Ulm, was backing out of a driveway near the intersection and collided with a 2015 Ford F150 driven by James Kline, 39, New Ulm. Both drivers wore seat belts and were not injured. Damage was moderate-functional to the rear end of the Taurus and minor to the rear passenger side of the Ford F150. • Received a forged check report at 11 a.m. Friday of a San Diego man writing a $901 check to himself at a local bank. New Ulm Police • Arrested a 24-year-old Fairfax woman on the 600 block, N. Broadway at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday on a Redwood County warrant. The woman was transported to the Brown County Jail. A report was done for documentation.

A 43-year-old New Ulm man later engaged in conversations with her on Facebook and made a comment that she perceived as a threat.
