The man withdrew an extra $150 that was not agreed upon. New Ulm Police • Responded to a report of an intoxicated man requesting transportation to detox at 6:10 p.m. Monday. A 56-year-old New Ulm man told police he had a Meeker County warrant. He was transported to detox and placed on hold for Meeker County. Minnesota State Patrol • Responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries on Highway 212 and Jet Avenue, Glencoe Township, McLeod County at 10:16 a.m. Thursday. A 2021 Toyota RAV4 was driven westbound on Highway 212 by Debra Ann Potts, 60, Chaska when it collided with an eastbound 2022 Freightliner tanker truck driven by Bradley Thomas May, Marshall. Potts was transported to a Glencoe emergency room with life-threatening injuries. May was not injured. The McLeod County Sheriff’s Office, Glencoe Fire Department and Allina Medical assisted.

A 2012 Toyota Camry driven by Yongyi Ying Foote, 48, New Ulm was northbound when he collided in the intersection with a 2007 Dodge Dakota driven westbound by 16-year-old New Ulm male. Damage was major to both vehicles. Both drivers wore seat belts. Foote and a passenger in the Toyota had minor injuries.
