Police logs

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on the 500 block of 3rd Street North at 2:36 p.m. Friday. A 2013 Ford Escape driven by William John Rusten, 63, New Ulm, was eastbound on 3rd North and struck a parked, unoccupied 2012 Toyota Scion XD. The Ford had an obstructed windshield due to frost. Damage was moderate to both vehicles. Rusten wore a seat belt and was not injured.

• Recovered a vehicle reported stolen in Nicollet County at 1:06 p.m. Friday on the 1900 block of S. Broadway. The Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office took vehicle possession.

• Arrested a 45-year-old New Ulm man on a Brown County warrant at 8:36 p.m. Thursday. The man was transported to jail.

• Responded to Riverbend Area Learning Center, 1315 S. Broadway for an out of control, 10-year-old Madelia boy. Minor injuries were reported. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office and Watonwan County Human Services.
