New Ulm Police
• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on snow-covered roads at Payne and 4th North St. 3:13 p.m. Thursday. A 2012 Toyota Camry driven by Yongyi Ying Foote, 48, New Ulm was northbound when he collided in the intersection with a 2007 Dodge Dakota driven westbound by 16-year-old New Ulm male. Damage was major to both vehicles. Both drivers wore seat belts. Foote and a passenger in the Toyota had minor injuries. A city light pole was damaged.
• Responded to a driving complaint at 12:35 p.m. Friday on Sunset Ave. A report of a 44-year-old Gibbon man violating an Ignition Interlock was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office for charge consideration.
