New Ulm Police

• Received a report of a 55-year-old New Ulm man in vehicles on the 700 block of Franklin St. South at 3 a.m. Friday. Miscellaneous items suspected to be stolen were found on his person. A report for misdemeanor theft charges went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.

• Stopped a vehicle at Broadway and 15th St. North at 9:40 a.m. Dec. 30. A report for consideration of a gross misdemeanor intent to escape tax charge for improper license tabs on a vehicle driven by a 72-year-old New Ulm woman went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

• Responded to a disturbance report at 12:14 a.m. Thursday. A 45-year-old New Ulm woman was intoxicated and transported to a private residence. No charges are sought. A report was done for documentation.
