New Ulm Police

• A 14-year-old New Ulm male student was cited at 3:24 p.m. Thursday for misdemeanor disorderly conduct after pulling down the pants of a 14-year-old male New Ulm High School student.

• A 19-year-old Sleepy Eye male student at Riverbend Area Learning Center was cited for misdemeanor cannabis possession at 4:12 p.m. Thursday.

• Officers did a welfare check on a 65-year-old New Ulm woman at Oakwood Estates at 4:34 p.m. Thursday and found her to be intoxicated. An adult was found to take care of her. A report went to Brown County Human Services.

• A 31-year-old New Ulm woman reported at 6:16 p.m. Thursday that her ex-boyfriend, a 36-year-old New Ulm man violated an Order For Protection by messaging her on the Wizard App.
