• Cited a 75-year-old New Ulm man for misdemeanor theft at 1:49 p.m. Thursday after he admitted taking $150 worth of rhubarb from a Center St. resident’s yard.
• Cited a 40-year-old Fairfax woman at 5:20 p.m. Thursday for misdemeanor theft for skip-scanning $389.80 worth of Walmart merchandise April 18 and 29.
• Arrested a 43-year-old New Ulm man at Broadway Haus at 5:58 p.m. Thursday for a felony order for protection violation. The man was transported to the Brown County Jail.
• Cited a 20-year-old Brandon, Mississippi woman at 5:59 p.m. Thursday for misdemeanor theft for skip-scanning $44.98 worth of Walmart merchandise May 5.
