New Ulm Police

• Stopped a vehicle at 16th St. N. and State St. at 3 p.m. Tuesday and arrested a 45-year-old New Ulm woman on a warrant for failure to appear at a court hearing. She was transported to the Brown County Jail. A report went to Brown County Probation.

• Received a skip scan theft report at Walmart at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday. A 34-year-old New Ulm woman is suspected of stealing $86.22 worth of items over two days in August. Police are waiting for store video surveillance to continue investigation.

• Stopped a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old Gibbon man for an equipment violation and arrested him for DWI at Broadway and 17th St. South at 12:33 a.m. Wednesday. Reports went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office and Brown County Probation.
