Sibley County District Court

• Garrett Dean Loudermilk, 44, St. James, requested an omnibus hearing for a felony 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance charge Thursday. Court was set for 1 p.m. Aug. 8. He was released on previous conditions including not using or possessing alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.

• April Lee Marie Anderson, 41, Gibbon, requested a contested omnibus hearing, set for 2:30 p.m. Aug. 29 on charges alleging 3rd-degree possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment. She was released on previous conditions Thursday.

• William Wayland Davis III, 42, New Auburn, was charged with felony domestic assault and gross misdemeanor interfering with an emergency phone call Thursday. Unconditional bail was set at $10,000 cash or $100,000 bond. In the alternative, the Court released him on his own recognizance with conditions that he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances. A domestic abuse no contact order (DANCO) was issued by the Court, prohibiting him from having contact with the alleged victim. Court was set for 9:45 a.m. May 30.

• Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond Monday for Peter Mark McAllister, 42, Minnetonka, charged with 2nd and 3rd-degree DWI. Court was set for 1 p.m. June 13.

• Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond Monday for Brandon Dempsey Seth, 39, Belle Plaine, charged with 2nd-degree DWI. Court was set for 1 p.m. June 13.
