New Ulm Police

• Responded to a suspicious activity report at Lincoln Park, 700 block South State St. at 12:05 a.m. Saturday. A group of individuals were playing pickle-ball. Several underage males and females were cited underage alcohol consumption. A report for done for documentation.

•Responded to a domestic assault report at 11:11 a.m. Saturday at 2201 N. Broadway. A 37-year-old New Ulm man was arrested. Police said the victim was a New Ulm juvenile male who had a black eye and transported himself to the New Ulm Medical Center emergency room. A report went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.

• Responded to a fight report at 10:16 p.m. Friday at Smiley’s Tavern, 425 N. State St. Police said the incident included seven people. A report was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office. No further information was available.
