• Responded to a report of illegal dumping in the German Heights Townhomes dumpster, 421 15th South St. at 9:27 a.m. Feb. 8. The complex manager obtained a license plate number of a vehicle driven away after garbage was dumped. Police found the vehicle and individual responsible, a 38-year-old New Ulm woman. A citation for illegal dumping was issued. A report was done for documentation.
