New Ulm Police

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash at 16th South and Broadway at 4:43 p.m. Tuesday. Jennifer Lyn Gag, 47, New Ulm, was driving a 2020 Cadillac XT6 northbound on Broadway when she collided with a 2021 Dodge Durango, driven on 16th South by Austin Riley Zamzow, 17, Hanska, who tried to cross Broadway when the crash happened. Damage was severe to the front of the Cadillac and moderate to the right rear of the Dodge. No injuries were reported.

• Arrested and transported a 57-year-old New Ulm man to jail on a probation violation at 7:02 p.m. at 326 Summit Ave. A report was sent to Brown County Probation.

• Cited a 14-year-old New Ulm Middle School student for tobacco possession at 2:19 p.m. Monday. A vaping device was found in the student’s back pack. A report requesting a diversion program was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
