Minnesota State Patrol

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash with non-life threatening injuries at 6:24 p.m. Nov. 1 at the TH 4 and CR 10 intersection, Long Lake Township, Watonwan County. A 2021 Toyota Camry driven by Sarah Jane Padgett, 39, Lake Crystal, was southbound on TH 4 when it collided with a 2010 Chevrolet Impala driven eastbound on CR10 by Nicholas Gordon Zender, 25, Sioux Rapids, Iowa. Zender and passenger, Hunter Alan Ekstrom, 23, Windom, were transported to St. James Mayo Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Padgett and Zender wore seat belts. Ekstrom did not wear a seat belt. Alcohol was not involved. The Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office, Ormsby Fire/EMS and St. James EMS assisted.

New Ulm Police

• Received a report from a 50-year-old Somsen Drive resident that his truck tire was punctured Oct. 30-31. Damage was estimated at $1,200. A report was done for documentation.
