•A New Ulm man sustained life threatening injuries Saturday following a motorcycle accident in Nicollet County.

At 10:04 p.m. Saturday, Mathew Gregory Gulden, 56, of New Ulm was riding a 2008 Harley Davidson Motorcycle south on Highway 111 over Highway 14. Gulden crashed his motorcycle when it straightened out going through the Hwy 111 roundabout over Hwy 14.

According to State Patrol incident report, Gulden was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was involved in the accident.

Gulden sustained life threatening injuries in the accident and was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center.

Sibley Count Sheriff’s Office

•A father and daughter were injured in a motorcycle crash in Faxon Township, Sibley County Tuesday. At 5:37 p.m. Sibley County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motorcycle crash near 30456 Faxon Road in Faxon Township. The driver, Ella Mork, 18, from Norwood Young America was traveling on Faxon Road with her father Ethan Mork as a passenger. A dog reportedly ran out of the adjacent ditch in front of Ella’s front tire. After striking the dog, the motorcycle fell to its side and slid to a stop. The two riders were treated for non-life threatening injuries by Ridgeview Ambulance.
