Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on Yacht Avenue, southwest of Hutchinson at 3 p.m. July 29. A 2013 Ford Focus driven by Mitchell Grand, 19, Hutchinson and a 1995 Chevrolet CK 1500 driven by Jeffery Thorson Jr., 20, Glencoe collided. Most occupants wore seat belts. Two people were transported to a hospital for injuries. Stewart and Hutchinson Fire Departments, Allina and Life Link Ambulance and the Minnesota State Patrol assisted.

New Ulm Police

• Responded to an animal complaint at 309 State St. S. at 9:23 p.m. Thursday. A resident said a 17-year-old poodle was attacked by an unleashed dog in the alley. The injured dog was taken to a veterinarian. The incident remains under investigation.
