New Ulm Police

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries on snow and ice at 2nd North and Payne Street at 2:47 p.m. Wednesday. A 2017 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Karen Carda, 64, New Ulm, was southbound on Payne when she collided with a 2008 Chevrolet Impala driven by Paul Alonzo, 28, New Ulm, who was eastbound on 2nd North. Damage was moderate to the front end of the Equinox and moderate to the rear left passenger door of the Impala.

• Responded to a one-vehicle crash without injuries at Center and Highland on snow and ice at 8 a.m. Thursday. A 2003 Olds Alero driven by Patrick Woratschka, 60, New Ulm, tried to turn left from Center onto Highland when he slid into a fire hydrant. Damage was minor to the right front end of the Olds. Fire hydrant damage was light.
