• Received a two-vehicle crash report with injuries on snow and ice on U.S. Highway 14 at Redwood County Road 6, Lamberton Township, at 6:22 p.m. Sunday. A 2001 Freightliner tractor truck driven by Jason L. Heck, 39, Garvin, was eastbound on Highway 14 when it collided with a 2017 Toyota RAV4 driven by Misty A. Green, 35, Lamberton, who was northbound on CR 6, (Illex Street). Green was transported by air ambulance to Sanford Medical, Sioux Falls, S.D. with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries. She wore a seat belts. An airbag deployed. Alcohol was not involved. Lamberton Fire & Ambulance, AirCare and the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office assisted.

• Received a two-vehicle crash report with injuries on snow and ice on U.S. Highway 212 east of Renville, in Emmet Township, Renville County at 12:21p.m. Saturday. A 2004 Ford pickup driven by Dillon J. Renneke, 32, Echo, was westbound on Highway 212 when it collided with a 2008 Chevy pickup driven by Steve Hupalo, 44, Appleton, who was eastbound on Highway 212. Renneke, a passenger, Darin M. Myhre, 34, Renville; and a passenger in the pickup, Karijo M. Stene, 34, Appleton, were transported to an Olivia hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Renneke and Myhre did not wear seat belts. Airbags deployed in both vehicles. Alcohol was not involved. The Renville County Sheriff’s Office, Renville and Olivia Ambulance and the Renville Fire Department assisted.

• Received a two-vehicle crash with non-life threatening injuries on State Highway 5, Green Isle Township, Sibley County at 1:19 p.m. Monday. A 2007 Dodge Charger driven by Rebecca B. Passon, 41, Gaylord, was traveling east on Highway 5 when it collided with a westbound 2015 Freightliner tractor truck driven by Ricky E. Randall, 68, New Ulm. Passon was transported to Ridgeview Medical Center, Waconia. Both drivers wore seat belts. An airbag deployed in the Dodge. Alcohol was not involved. The Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, Ridgeview Ambulance and Arlington Fire and Police Departments assisted.
