New Ulm Police
• Received a two-vehicle crash report at Highway 14 and Jacobs Street at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday. A 2005 minivan driven by Rosa Gaytan, 67, Sleepy Eye, was westbound on Highway 14 when it collided with a 2005 car driven by Shale Perish, 61, Madelia, who was eastbound, entered the left turn lane and entered the path of the minivan. Both vehicles had severe damage and were towed from the scene. Gaytan had minor injuries and was driven to a hospital after refusing ambulance transportation. Perish had unknown injuries and was transported by ambulance to the New Ulm Medical Center.
