New Ulm Police
• Arrested a 28-year-old New Ulm man at 5:33 p.m. Monday on charge of domestic assault and disorderly conduct at 910 14th St. N. During an argument over custody issues, the man allegedly struck a woman on the side of her face. Officers observed redness and swelling on the woman’s face and broken blood vessels in her eye. The man allegedly told police he did not strike the woman, but instead threw a pickle at her. The man was brought to Brown County Jail Monday and charged Tuesday.
