State Patrol

• Received a three-vehicle crash report with non-life-threatening injuries at State Highway 60 and Bay Lane, Elysian Township, Le Sueur County at 7:24 a.m. Monday. A 2005 Jeep Liberty driven by Zachery J. Mechura, 22, Mankato; and a 2016 Dodge Ram driven by John E. Prom, 54, Lake Crystal, were waiting to turn left when a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina driven by Dayton J. Zimmerman-Fatis,18, Madison Lake, rear-ended them. Zimmerman-Fatis was transported to Le Sueur Hospital. Mechura was transported to Immanuel St. Joseph Hospital, Mankato. An airbag deployed in the Lumina. All three drivers wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved. Gold Cross Ambulance, the Elysian Fire Department, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office assisted.

New Ulm Police

• Received a cat bite report at 419 Minnesota St. N. at 10:23 a.m. Monday. It was not known if the victim sought medical treatment.
