Two vehicles sustained damage in an accident without injuries reported at 6:27 p.m. at 20th South/ HyVee.
Issac Luellen, 20, of Rossville, KS, driving a 2000 Buick, was traveling eastbound in the outside lane of 20th South and was attempting to make a U-turn around the barriers, when he was struck by a 2007 Toyota, driven by James Zobel, 62, of Winthrop, who was traveling eastbound in the outside lane of 20th South.
The Buick sustained moderate left front damage, and the Toyota sustained moderate left front damage.
