New Ulm Police

• Received an overnight theft report at 2406 N. Broadway at 2:52 p.m. July 22. Items taken from a garage included two five-quart oil jugs valued at $50, a $50 Magnavox portable radio, $150 tile saw and $138 jump starter battery pack. The total value of the theft was $418.

• Received a vandalism report at 200 German St. N. at 8:10 a.m. July 23. Graffiti was written in the women’s bathroom at German Park.

Sibley County Sheriff’s Office

• Arrested Dolly Lacson Windschitl-Beauregard, 26, Le Sueur for 5th-degree drug possession July 23. Charges stem from a June 2018 investigation in which the Sibley County Drug Task Force executed two search warrants in Henderson Township and seized about five pounds of raw marijuana. Her next court appearance is Aug. 2 in Sibley County District Court in Gaylord.
