New Ulm Police

• Received a two-vehicle crash report without injuries at 20th South Street and Bridge Street at 12:30 p.m. April 16. A 2006 Toyota driven by Kristin Wiley, 46, New Ulm was eastbound on 20th South and a 1997 Honda driven by Kyle Forster, 17, New Ulm, was northbound on Bridge Street, attempting to turn left onto 20th South when they collided. Damage was moderate to the front end of the Toyota and left side of the Honda. Both drivers wore seat belts.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Received a theft report at 3:13 p.m. April 16 of about 10 gallons of gasoline from a vehicle at an unknown location.

Comfrey Police

• Continuing an investigation of a theft by trick or deception case involving a $100 deposit given to a hypnotist by the Comfrey High School After-Prom Committee. Police said the hypnotist received the deposit, cashed the check and is not answering inquiries by the committee.

• Received a trespass complaint at 112 Court St. S. at 2:39 p.m. April 17. A resident reported a snowmobile driven on his driveway leaving permanent marks on concrete. A damage estimate was not available.
