Final New Ulm car & bike roll on Sept. 13

The fourth and final New Ulm Downtown Car & Bike Roll-In of the 2025 season will be held Saturday, Sept.13, from 3:30-8 p.m. in downtown New Ulm. As the second year of this series, the Roll-In series invites car and motorcycle enthusiasts of all ages to display and admire a wide range of classic vehicles - no registration required. Minnesota Street, from 3rd North to 1st South, will be closed to traffic and open for guests to stroll through and enjoy the vehicles and community atmosphere. NU Garden Club host tour of Oak Hills garden

The New Ulm Garden Club will tour the Oak Hills courtyard garden next Wednesday. The tour begins 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. at Oak Hills. Following the tour there will be a question and answer session following by a club business meeting will follow, and then a social hour. The event is open to the public, and members and guests are asked, if they wish, to bring a snack/treat and your own beverage. Because of construction, there is no parking behind the gardens, but parking is available in the back parking lot. People can do drop offs in back, and then go to park.

Dear Annie: My husband, “Mark,” and I have been married for six years. For the most part, things are good between us, but there’s one recurring issue I can’t get past.
