The New Ulm Farm-City Hub Club is bringing the 2026 Family Night on the Farm to Steve and Kerry Hoffman Farm. The Hoffman Farm is located at 18868 140th Avenue, New Ulm and will host the Family Night from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 23. Family Night includes farm tours, a variety of animals to pet, milking demonstrations, photos with dairy princesses, kids’ activities, goodie bags, hayrides, educational displays, and a chance to meet a veterinarian and other dairy specialists. The screening begins at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, at the New Ulm Public Library. “Singin’ in the Rain” was released in 1952 and is a contender for the greatest film musical of all time. NEW ULM – Brown County will conduct a public accuracy test (PAT) of its electronic voting equipment. The test will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 17 in the Brown County Law Enforcement Center Training room. Before every election, any election jurisdiction using an electronic voting system must conduct a Public Accuracy Test (PAT) to ensure the equipment is functioning. The public is invited to view the equipment test. The test is being held in advance of the primary election on Tuesday, August 11.
