ST. LOUIS PARK — On Friday, Kris Manderfeld, retired Utilities Director of New Ulm Public Utilities, has been recognized with MMUA’s 2026 Honorary Lifetime Membership Award. The award honors individuals whose professional careers have been dedicated to advancing Minnesota’s municipal utility industry.
