League of Women Voters to host ‘Meet Your Local Elected Officials’ series
NEW ULM – The League of Women Voters (LWV) of New Ulm invites the public to meet their local school board members, Monday, Feb. 9.
Earlier this year the LWV began a three part series, “Meet Your Local Elected Officials.” The first session featured New Ulm’s Mayor and City Council. The event was broadcasted live on NUCAT and recorded for future airing on the community access channel, KNUJ and YouTube.
The second session will highlight the Independent School District (ISD) 88 School Board. The program will be held from 7-8 p.m. Monday, February 9, in the City Hall Council Chambers.
