NEW ULM — MVL Knowledge Bowl teams claimed five of the top ten places at the meet in Mankato on Thursday, January 15.

A total of 32 teams competed from MVL, St. Peter, Fairmont, Le Sueur-Henderson, Minnesota New Country School, Maple River, Martin County West, Sibley East, Tri-City United, Cleveland, and Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial.

After finishing as runner-up at the first meet, MVL Black took home first place at this one with a score of 98. St. Peter Neon Slate finished second with 86, and Fairmont Khaki took 3rd with 83. Other MVL teams placed 5th(Blue), 7th(Navy, 9th(Gold), 10th(Silver), and 12th(White).
