United Way of the Brown County Area Announces 2025 Fall Days of Caring
United Way of the Brown County Area’s 28 annual Fall Days of Caring is scheduled for October 23 to October 25.
This event offers a chance for community members to come together and make an impact in the lives of those in need.
Through this event, volunteers have the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the well-being of New Ulm, Springfield, Sleepy Eye, and other communities in Brown County. Projects can vary widely, and may include small painting projects, raking leaves, washing windows, cleaning gutters, or other yard work that enhances the living conditions of individuals and families.
Days of Caring is an annual event organized by United Way to foster a sense of community and promote volunteerism. Participants are encouraged to recruit family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to form teams of two to ten people. Teams can choose the day and times and then match project requests. Together, these teams will dedicate time and effort towards providing valuable services to individuals who are unable to complete tasks on their own.
With the upcoming Fall Days of Caring in sight, United Way of the Brown County Area is seeking teams to volunteer.
The deadline for individual and team applications is October 17. Interested individuals and organizations are encouraged to apply promptly to secure a place in this rewarding and impactful event.
