The annual Brown County Republican “Fun” raiser will be held Thursday, Oct.2 at the Sleepy Eye Event Center, 110 12th Ave. N.E., Sleepy Eye.

The evening kicks off at 6 p.m. with the Meet & Greet and Burger Bar supper, followed by remarks from elected officials. Participants include U.S. Congressman Brad Finstad (CD1), U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (CD 7), State Representative Paul Torkelson (MN-15B) and State Senator Gary Dahms (MN-15),

Mike Amery, Director of Greater Minnesota Outreach for the Center of the American Experiment, will provide an update on current efforts to promote conservatism in Minnesota. Amery has worked in politics and government in Minnesota and Washington DC.
