Hands-on butter making demonstration will be held at Historic Kiesling House
NEW ULM – The historic Kiesling House will host a hands-on butter-making demonstration led by New Ulm Mayor Kathleen Backer, a butter enthusiast with a passion for pioneer-era traditions.
Using small jars participants will shake cream into butter with their own hands.
This is a drop-in demonstration, so stop by anytime between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 7. Admission to the Kiesling House is $3. BCHS members and children 4 and under get in free.
