NEW ULM – American Legion Post 132 recognized 13 members at the annual Legion Birthday Party. The members were honored for reaching milestone anniversary as post members.

Those recognized were Duane R. Bohne, 60 years; Sylvester Mallak, Jr. 60 years; James F. Wiland, 50 years; Dennis J. Warta, 50 years; Richard R. Mueller, 50 years; Henry L. Keute, 50 years; Donald T. Hellendrung, 50 years; Robert J. Fullerton, 50 years; Lorenze J. Dauer, Jr. 50 years. John B. Vanderwerf was unable to attend the Legion Birthday Party in person, but was recognized separately for 50 years with the post. Other members who were recognized but unable to attend are: Daniel A. Gislason, 50 years; Darrel Otkin, 50 years; and Paul Marquardt, 50 years.
