United Way of the Brown County Area Announces 2023 Fall Days of Caring

United Way of the Brown County Area is announces the 26th annual Fall Days of Caring, scheduled to take place from October 26th to October 28th, 2023.

Through this event, volunteers have the chance to demonstrate their commitment to the well-being of New Ulm, Springfield, Sleepy Eye, and other communities in Brown County to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Projects can vary widely, and may include small painting projects, raking leaves, washing windows, cleaning gutters, or other yard work that enhances the living conditions of individuals and families alike.

Days of Caring is an annual event organized by United Way, with the aim of fostering a sense of community and promoting volunteerism. Participants are encouraged to recruit family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to form teams ranging in size from two to ten people. Teams can choose the day and times and then are matched with project requests. Together, these teams will dedicate time and effort towards providing valuable services to individuals who are unable to complete tasks on their own.

With the upcoming Fall Days of Caring in sight, United Way of the Brown County Area is actively seeking teams to meet the pressing needs of our community. Individuals, families, and organizations who share our vision of a stronger, more connected community are invited to participate in this remarkable event.
