Dr. Ann Vogel made this donation in recognition of the present Turner Hall staff, renovation contractors, and legion of volunteers, Turner Ladies, and Board Members. This is also given in honor of Rich Runck and Lucille Stegeman, dedicated and tireless workers at Turner Hall down and through the years past.
