• Unconditional bail was set at $250,000 cash or bond Aug. 19 for Kristopher James Hipp, 37, Henderson on a charge alleging first-degree DWI. Conditional bail is $5,00 cash or $50,000 bond. A Rule 8 Hearing was set for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 28.

• Unconditional bail was set at $250,000 cash or bond, $5,000 cash or $50,000 bond with conditions Aug. 20 for Michael Lee Doering, 70, Winthrop, on a charge alleging third-degree possession of a controlled substance. A Rule 8 Hearing was set for 11 a.m. Aug. 28.

• Chase Stephen Dehmlow, 37, Henderson plead guilty to obstructing legal process Aug. 21. He was sentenced to 10 days in the Sibley County Jail.
