Sibley County District Court
• Unconditional bail was set at $100,000 cash or bond Friday for Christopher Brian Severin, 41, New Ulm, on a charge alleging felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Conditional bail was set at $1,000 cash or $10,000 bond. A court appearance was set for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 4.
• Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond Thursday on a charge alleging third-degree DWI for Travis Adam Hildebrandt, 52, Gaylord and Ursula Maria Kroells, 61, Green Isle. They could be released on their own recognizance with conditions. An omnibus hearing was set for Hildebrandt at 1 p.m. Oct. 2 and 1 p.m. Sept. 18 for Kroells.
• Bryton Alyn-James Rosenlund, 23, Green Isle, plead guilty Thursday to an amended disorderly conduct charge. He was earlier charged with domestic assault. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 23.
• Mark Alan Overson, 76, Gaylord, plead not guilty Thursday to multiple counts of possession of pornographic work involving minors. A settlement conference was set for 1 p.m. Nov. 13. A jury trial was set for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 18. He was released on previously ordered conditions.
• Joshua Lee Newman, 40, Green Isle, plead guilty Thursday to domestic assault. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 16. He was released on previously ordered conditions.
• Kleberth Said Perez, 19, Arlington, admitted Wednesday to violating probation terms for a criminal vehicular operation charge. His probation was reinstated plus that he be required to serve 30 days in the Sibley County Jail.
