SPRINGFIELD — A 52-year-old North Mankato man died on a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 14 and CR 4 (Range Road) at 3:47 p.m. Saturday.

Jeffrey John Bentdahl of North Mankato was driving a 1998 Harley Davidson motorcycle without a helmet, eastbound on Highway 14 when he collided with a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox driven southbound on CR 4 by Leann Marie Jensen, 63, Springfield. Jensen was not injured.

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office, Springfield Police and Ambulance assisted.
