The New Ulm Sertoma Club has organized the Christmas toy donation for over 30 years. Throughout the year, Sertoma members collect money, toys, books, hats and mittens for the event. The toys received are given by individuals and organizations throughout Brown County. Funds received through monetary donations are used to purchase new toys.
Brown County Family Services provides Sertoma with a list of children in need in the county. On Saturday, parents are able to come and pick out items for the child to help give all area kids a merry Christmas.
