TRACY — A 53-year-old Tracy man died in a one-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 14 just east of Tracy Nov. 27.

Thai Vang, 53, Tracy was a passenger in a 2019 Toyota RAV4 driven by Choua Ziong, 46, Tracy, who was westbound on Highway 14, left the road and hit some trees. Vang was transported to a Tracy hospital but did not survive. Ziong and another passenger, Andrew Vang, 12, Tracy, were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Assisting agencies included the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Tracy Police and Ambulance. All three people wore seat belts. Airbags deployed.
