The New Ulm Public Library will hold a seminar Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 6:30 p.m. held by Brown County Auditor Kelly Hotovec, who will present on the ins and outs of the local election process, including election time tables, polling locations, mail ballots, absentee voting, registering to vote, agent delivery, health care facility process, and auditing vote counts.

This is an opportunity for local voters to better understand how fair and free elections and the right to vote are protected.
