On behalf of the Board of Directors for the Redwood-Cottonwood Rivers Control Area (RCRCA), we are pleased to announce that the dredging of Lake Redwood is set to begin. A kickoff celebration is planned to acknowledge everyone who has contributed to the project.

The event will take place April 22 at 1 p.m. at the Westside Park picnic shelter, overlooking Lake Redwood.

Limited parking is available near the shelter; a parking lot is available at neighboring Perk Park or street parking nearby.

In the event of inclement weather conditions, the celebration will be held at the Redwood County Government Center, 403 S. Mill St. in Redwood Falls.
