NEW ULM — State Street Theater is hosting Lorie Line during her 2021 Christmas Tour.

For the first time ever, Line will be performing her first solo piano Christmas tour.

The Lorie Line holiday show has become an institution for families and Christmas music lovers all over the country.

This show is appropriate for the entire family, ages 4 and up. The Lorie Line Christmas Concert is taking place at State Street Theater, 1 N. State Street, New Ulm, on Thursday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. Doors to the building will open at 6 p.m, and doors to the theater will open at 6:30 p.m. Line is renting the theater for this event so tickets can be purchased online: https://www.lorieline.com/tour. They are using an assigned seating arrangement. Should there be tickets available the evening of the event, they will sell some at the door.

For more information, contact State Street Theater at 507-359-9990. Patrons are asked to park either in the theater parking lot off Washington Street or on the street. Parking in the adjacent lot belonging to Emerson-Union Apartments is prohibited.

In keeping with current guidelines, the COVID-19 protocols at State Street Theater are as follows:

• Masks are encouraged.

• Distancing in hallways is encouraged; while waiting in line for concession stand, patrons are required to space.

• Patrons making purchases at concession stand are asked to return to their seats and consume them there, rather than cluster in hallways.

• Performers may choose to mask or not.
