Level 3 predatory offender moves to NU
Quintin Branch
NEW ULM — A Level 3 predatory offender convicted of criminal sexual conduct crimes and who has served his sentence has moved to the 1300 block of N. Broadway July 6, 2021.
Quintin A. Branch, 25, is transitioning back to community life. New Ulm Police will post an information notification video on the City of New Ulm YouTube channel late in the afternoon of Thursday, July 8.
Police may not directly where Branch lives, where he works or goes to school.
According to the police announcement, as a teen, Branch engaged in separate sexual contact incidents against two known, male children. He used his relationships to attain and exploit unmonitored access, using manipulation, coercion, and threats of violence to maintain control.
The notification is not intended to increase fear but rather raise awareness, according to the report. Law enforcement believes an informed public is a safer public. Branch is under the Minnesota Department of Correction (DOC) supervision.
Branch is a white male, five feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 263 pounds, has hazel eyes and blonde or strawberry-colored hair.
