NEW ULM — Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School participated in the MSHSL Subsection 2A North on Tuesday, April 6. Nick Pleiss and Andy Muske won 1st place and Bethany Spike and Estrella Strackbein earned 3rd in Duo Interpretation. Emma Niebuhr won1st place in Extemporaneous Reading and Joseph Schroeder earned 4th in Great Speeches. In Original Oratory, Lili Mohror earned 4th place and Caleb Tomhave won 2nd. In Poetry Interpretation, Mary Niebuhr earned 8th, Gracen Lukasek 5th, and Maggie Spike took 4th place. All thirteen of these competitors will move on to compete in the 2A Section meet on April 16.
