Troop 25 will hold a pickup for tattered or worn American flags on Saturday March 20.

Place your flags in a grocery bag on front steps, before 10 a.m. Boy Scouts from Troop 25 will pick them up at take them to the American Legion Post 132, 13 S. Minnesota St., for a flag disposal ceremony at 1 p.m. on the 20th. The ceremony will be open to the public.

The collection is part of local scout Nate Fliszar’s Eagle Scout community service project
