Early childhood screening scheduled
NEW ULM — Early childhood screening is scheduled for Wednesday, February 10, and Wednesday, March 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. by appointment only. Screening is available to any child who is between the ages of 3 years and Kindergarten. During screening children will participate in an evaluation of speech, language, fine and gross motor skills, behavioral, social and emotional development, hearing and vision, height and weight measurement, immunization record, and a parental question and answer period. Screening is free of charge and is required entrance into Eagle’s Preschool, Headstart, and Kindergarten. Early Childhood Screening will be held at the Washington Learning Center, 910 14th Street North. Appointments will be 60 minutes long, and we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. ECFE winter registration coming up
NEW ULM — Early Childhood Family Education classes provide a time for building memories, learning new skills, and connecting with other families. In response to COVID-19 ECFE is offering parent-child classes in small sizes, virtual classes, and grab-and-go packets. Classes are offered in a broad age range to accommodate families. Register for classes online at https://newulm.ce.eleyo.com We do have reduced class sizes, so families are encouraged to register as soon as possible in order to ensure a spot in our classes and events.
Eagles Preschool registration begins
NEW ULM — Eagles Preschool online registration begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, January 20. Registration will be taken on a first come basis. Register online at https://newulm.ce.eleyo.com – make sure you are selecting the 2021-2022 school year when registering. Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted within 60 days to discuss morning/afternoon programming and transportation. Registration fees will only be charged after you have been contacted and your child has been accepted into the program.
