ST. PETER — The Nicollet County Board of Adjustment and Appeals will consider an after-the-fact variance request on Monday, Dec. 21.

Mitchell Grathwohl requested an after-the-fact variance to reduce the bluff setback from 30 feet to zero for a retaining wall built on a slope greater than 12% in Valley Hills Subdivision, Section 6, Lafayette Township.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. Persons attending must maintain property social distancing at all times while in the Nicollet County Government Center. Some board members may participate by phone or other electronic means.

The Nicollet County Planning & Zoning Advisory Commission will not meet Dec. 21.
